The Hotel Travel Package is now sold out.  Teams may register under the Commuter option only.  Families may order tickets through the Discounted Tickets tab.

When registering, by accepting the “Terms and Conditions” for the event, you are agreeing to adhere to the competition rules.  Please see the “Required Forms” tab to view a copy of the rules.

Please note:

• Coaches and athletes must be listed on the team roster in order to register individually and may select housing OR commuter.
• Championship Forms must be brought to the registration desk in Orlando, please see the tab for “Required Forms”.
• Important Reminder College, High School (Cheer and Dance) and Recreational: Anyone associated with a team (coach, choreographer, support personnel, etc.) wishing to obtain access to the warmup area, backstage area or coaches box must show proof of USA Cheer Membership at event check in. To complete the USA Cheer Membership please CLICK HERE.
• If you are registering any Spectators, you may select the housing option only. Spectators cannot register as commuters. If a spectator needs to order tickets, direct them to “Discounted Tickets” link on the registration page.  You will need to provide them with your team’s customer number located in the top right-hand corner of your invoice.

Package Upgrades:

You may upgrade the ticket that is included in your package for the rates below. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process.  Any extra tickets for family members must be purchased through the “Discounted Tickets” link on the main registration page.

For 3 Night and 4 Night Packages:  $95 (3 Day to 4 Day), $126 (3 Day to 5 Day)

For Commuters and 2 Night Packages: $37 (2 Day to 3 Day), $132 (2 Day to 4 Day), $163 (2 Day to 5 Day)

Walt Disney World® Park Reservations

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks.  We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your “ticket order, Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number for each person depending on their package or upgrade.  Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

No Changes after ticket orders have been placed and ticket order numbers have been distributed.  Any upgrades must be requested before paying your invoice in full.

Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

Assign a Safety Champion:

Each team will need to designate one person (other than the head coach) to be your Safety Champion. This person will need to be confirmed upon registration, over 18 years of age and willing to participate in additional safety training prior to Championship. Each team/squad needs a separate Safety Champion (ex: If you bring a JV and Varsity squad, you need two different individuals.) Some of the Safety Champion’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Ensuring the athletes, coaches and spectators of your team follow the health and safety requirements such as face coverings

Practice Times at ESPN Wide World of Sports

Thursday Northwest – Cheer 3pm to 9pm

Thursday Northeast – Dance 10am – 9pm

Friday Northwest – Cheer  9am – 5pm

Friday Northeast – Dance 9am – 8pm

Teams will be able to request a 20 minute open practice time for either Thursday OR Friday. Additional information will be sent in January.

• Spectators cannot register as “commuters”, if you do not need hotel reservations, do not register through this link.  Go back to the main registration page and register under “Discounted Tickets (Spectators).
• If your son/daughter (athlete) is not registering with the team, you may register them here if they are commuting or if they need hotel reservations.  If they need hotel reservations, you will be able to add family members to your reservation when you manage the people you are registering.

Hotel Travel Package Pricing

• Varsity Spirit requires that all school coaches, choreographers and personnel wishing to access the warmup area, backstage or coaches’ box at the 2022 UCA & UDA Cheerleading and Dance Team National  Championship have a USA Cheer/Dance Coach or Professional Membership. CLICK HERE to learn more and to complete the steps required for the USA Cheer Membership.
• If you are both a cheer and dance coach or personnel, you only need either the USA Cheer Coach Membership or the USA Cheer Dance Membership to satisfy the requirement, you do not need both. If you coach a college program and a high school program, you only need to complete one membership.

Additional Walt Disney World Park Hoppers:

Available for family or friends not included in one of the travel packages. This includes up to five days admission into ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex.  Tickets will be available for purchase through December 27, 2021.  Park Hopper tickets will not be sold at the event.

Additional Competition Pricing Information:

• There is a $45 fee per athlete for cheerleaders and dancers who want to compete in the World University Cheer Championships (cheer) or the World School Performance Cheer Championship (Dance).
• If you are doing Game Day as your third category, it is an additional $40 per athlete.

Additional Event tickets for purchase:

• We are excited to bring back the Celebration party on Sunday, January 16 at Magic Kingdom! This ticket is included for those on our Hotel Travel package.  For those not on our travel package, you can purchase a ticket for $55 per person.  This ticket does not include transportation to the event.
• Meal Vouchers can be purchased for $17 each.  These vouchers can be used at designated counter service meal options throughout the property. 2022 Disney Meal Vouchers

ESPN Wide World of Sports single-day tickets:

• For those who would like to purchase tickets only for ESPN Wide World of Sports, they will be sold online starting in early January and will also be sold on-site.  These are $40 per day.  Entrance into the ESPN Wide World of Sports is included for those on the hotel travel package as well as anyone who purchased additional Walt Disney World Park Hopper tickets from Varsity.

• Changes made after December 27, 2021 will result in a $50 change fee per change.

Discounted Park Tickets will not be sold on-site at the event.  All orders must be placed in advance no later than December 29, 2021.  Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

If you have multiple families ordering tickets, we suggest that each family order their own so that they can manage their park reservations.

Ticket orders will be placed when your order is submitted and paid in full.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number to use to assign your ticket types (2Day,3Day,4Day,5Day) to each person and make your park reservations. Each ticket will have its own ticket confirmation number.

Be sure to order the number of days you will need, no changes after ticket confirmation numbers have been distributed.
