Admissions: 

• We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity Spirit competition. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. Upon arrival, you will check in with the Varsity Spirit Staff at the door where they will exchange your digital ticket for the appropriate wristband.   
• Doors to the venue will open at 7 AM. Please use the Expo B entrance and follow the signage. All Awards Ceremonies will take place online.  

 Parking:  

• Parking will be available at Moody Gardens Convention Center Garage – 7 Hope Blvd, Galveston, TX 77554 for Free. 

 Venue Information: Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:  

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.  
• No firearms.  
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue.  Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor.  
• No aerosol products (hairspray, glitter, etc.) are allowed. Use of these products inside the facility will result in a fine. 

Concessions & Vendors 

• Concessions will be available throughout the venue of the performance halls. 
• Event Merchandise will be available from Varsity Spirit Shop. 
• RT Productions will be providing action shots of your team throughout the weekend. To view these photos, please visit https://www.rtevent.com/.

• Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV.

  Photography/Media Policy:   

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).
