Admissions:   

• We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry.
• Admissions will be located in 2104 A

Venue Information:   

Please note the facility has restrictions on the following:   

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.  
• No firearms.  
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor.  
• All performances and awards will take place in Hall A.

Concessions & Vendors:  

• Concessions will be available.  
• ASO will be selling event merchandise. 

Event Results:  

• Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV.  

Photography/Media Policy:   

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).

Concessions & Vendors

Shrunk 3D will be on-site at this event, offering a unique opportunity for athletes, families, and attendees to create custom 3D-printed statues. Using high-definition 3D scanning technology, Shrunk 3D produces lifelike replicas in various sizes—perfect for preserving your event memories. Pre-registration is recommended, but walk-up orders are also welcome! Customize Your Experience: Choose from statues ranging from 3 to 9 inches, with options for single or two-person figures. Pre-Registration: To secure your spot, visit shrunk3d.com, click on the “Locations” tab, find your event, and sign up today. Walk-ups will also be accepted at the event.

ADMISSIONS

• We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity Spirit Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. Upon arrival, you will check in with the Varsity Spirit Staff at the door where they will exchange your digital ticket for the appropriate wristband.
• The doors to the venue will open at 9:00 AM. Please use the entrance to enter the building and follow the signage to the performance hall.

• Also, when you park in one of our garages your parking receipt is your ticket to ride the OKC streetcar for FREE all day! Each parking receipt is valid for two people to ride for FREE for 24 hours from the time of parking.

• No aerosol products (hairspray, glitter, etc.) are allowed. Use of these products inside the facility will result in a fine.

• Concessions will be available throughout the venue of the performance hall.
• Event Merchandise will be available from ASO located inside of the performance hall.
