Photography/Media Policy:   

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).

The Stay Smart program was put in place for all traveling teams. Team Travel Source has also successfully negotiated team friendly terms and conditions with each of our host hotels to take the worry and hassle out of booking hotel accommodations so that you can focus on your teams preparation and performance.  Booking through our housing partner TTS is required for all athletes, coaches and spectators attending this event.

Venue Information: Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:  

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.  
• No firearms.  
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue.  Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor.  
• No aerosol products (hairspray, glitter, etc.) are allowed. Use of these products inside the facility will result in a fine. 
• All bags are subject to search 

Admissions: 

• We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity Spirit competition. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. Upon arrival, you will check in with the Varsity Spirit Staff at the door where they will exchange your digital ticket for the appropriate wristband.   
• Doors to the venue will open at 7am. Please use the main lobby entrance to enter the building and follow the signage to the performance halls (Hall A – Cheer, Hall B – Cheer, Hall C – Awards, Hall D – Dance).  

Parking:  

• Parking will be available at Various Parking Garages and Lots surrounding the area; prices varies per garage/lot. 

Concessions & Vendors 

• Concessions will be available throughout the venue of the performance halls. 
• Event Merchandise will be available from Varsity Spirit Store and other vendors. 
• RT Productions will be providing action shots of your team throughout the weekend. To view these photos, please visit https://www.rtevent.com/.

Walk-ups will also be accepted at the event.
