• Doors Open at 7:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday

Admissions:

• We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry.

Venue Information:

Please note the facility has restriction on the following:

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
• No firearms.
• Priority Viewing will be available for spectators.
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue.  Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor.

Concessions & Vendors:

• Concessions will be available throughout the venue inside and outside of the performance halls.

• Shrunk 3D will be on-site at this event, offering a unique opportunity for athletes, families, and attendees to create custom 3D-printed statues. Using high-definition 3D scanning technology, Shrunk 3D produces lifelike replicas in various sizes—perfect for preserving your event memories. Pre-registration is recommended, but walk-up orders are also welcome! Customize Your Experience: Choose from statues ranging from 3 to 9 inches, with options for single or two-person figures. Pre-Registration: To secure your spot, visit shrunk3d.com, click on the “Locations” tab, find your event, and sign up today. Walk-ups will also be accepted at the event.

Awards:

• Award Ceremonies will take place in Hall F throughout the weekend. Please check the final schedule for exact division/session times.
• All athletes receive an athlete gift.
• All athletes receive a competition medallion.
• All teams that Hit Zero will receive a Hit Zero button.

Event Results:

• Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV.

Photography/Media Policy:

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).

This is a Housing Required Event!

Booking through our housing partner TTS is required for all athletes, coaches and spectators attending this event. For your convenience, we have secured attendee blocks throughout the city with amazing rates specifically for Varsity All Star customers.
