Admissions:  

We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry.
Admissions will be located in E1.

Venue Information:  

Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor. 
All performances and awards will take place in Hall 1.

Photography/Media Policy:  

Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).

Rules, Divisions & Scoring

Rules, Available Divisions and Division Splits:

INTL Summit Bid Divisions
This event will follow IASF cheer and dance rules.
Age Divisions outside those listed by the IASF, Crossover Guidelines, and Division Split guidelines can be found on the SportCheer England 2024-2025 Age and Division Grid HERE.
Specialty Divisions are available at limited events. Please contact your JAMfest Europe Advisor for more information at mjenkinson@varsity.com.

Scoring:

JAMfest Europe events will use United Scoring at all of our events.
Scoring Rubrics can be found under the “UK” drop down – HERE
Props should have approval from the IASF. Please send prop approvals to mandrews@varsity.com prior to the start of the event.
Please have IASF approval for skills for ease of Legality Review at each event.
Scoresheets will be sent to the email attached to the team or registration contact via email approximately 15 minutes after performance. Paper copies will be available upon request at the scoresheet table.
Results will be available for coaches in the Coaches BAND following awards.
