𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿?
Not only do I love the staff that I get to work with, but I also enjoy being a part of the future generations of dance! There is nothing better than seeing campers grow in their technique and confidence in such a short amount of time. It inspires me so much and I am truly grateful for that.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳?
I have learned so much from being on staff. It has helped shape my life, bringing dance to the center of my world. I have learned that hard work, dedication, and teamwork are keys to success and have seen teams apply this. I am so grateful for the opportunities and confidence this job has given me.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿?
My “why” is my campers! Getting to inspire todays’ youth is beyond rewarding. I remember being a camper, who revered NDA Staff. Now that the tables have turned, I love being a positive role model and teacher to campers all across the country.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳?
So many skills and lessons have come into fruition because of this job. This “summer job” has the potential to be so much more if you let it! There are skills that I have learned that no other job or class could teach. Because of NDA, I gained so many professional habits such as confidence, public speaking, time management, etc.

I absolutely love the environment at camps and being able to be a part of the excitement! All of the teams I work with inspire me so much and having the opportunity to work with so many teams and dancers every year is the best part of my summer.

I have gained so much confidence from being on staff and have also learned the importance of hard work— putting in the work will always result in a positive outcome (The Work Is Worth It!)
