We are so excited to watch so many talented teams take the floor for the 2023 Champion Cheer and Dance Nationals! The competition is right around the corner and will stream live from Baltimore, Maryland on January 28th!

As teams head into their final practices before the bid event, what better way to get ready for the competition than to relive winning routines from 2022?

A studio that really stood out at last year's competition in the Hip Hop division was Adrenaline Studio! In 2022 they dominated from Tiny to Senior bringing home eight Grand National titles!
