Technique is the basis of all fundamentals of dance, from
holding your body correctly while performing, to executing
skills properly in a routine. Strong technique extends across
all areas of dance, regardless of the dance style. The best
place to learn proper technique is at a UDA Overnight
Technique Camp. Held on college campuses, they provide
the same great experience as a UDA Overnight Camp
with these added benefits–

turns, leaps and jumps
• More time on turn and leap techniques by levels

levels in Lifts and Tricks classes
