PLEASE NOTE: This itinerary is subject to change. A final, more detialed itinerary will be emailed to all registered attendees closer to the event date. 

There is limited capactiy for this event. Registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Deposts must be paid in order to be confirmed. 

Tuesday, December 2, 2025: Early Arrival Day

For those arriving early*, on-site registration is available at select times throughout the day. Times will be included in confirmation packet upon registration.

Wednesday, December 3, 2025: Arrival Day

• Arrive in Honolulu, HI and arrival to the Waikki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa!
• Registration is available throughout the day.

PLEASE NOTE: Flight to Honolulu and airport transfers are NOT INLCUDED in the cost of the performance package.

Thursday, December 4, 2025: Day 1 of Exploring

• Part of the gorup will take a tour of Pearl Harbor! This trip includes a visit ot the USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center and the USS Missouri. Tickets for the boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial are nto inlcluded and must be purchased individually.
• Part of the group will have morning or early afternoon rehearsal
• Part of the gorup will enjoy a free day to explore around Waikki Beach!

Friday, December 5, 2025: Day 2 of Exploring

• Part of the gorup will take a tour of Pearl Harbor! This trip includes a visit ot the USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center and the USS Missouri. Tickets for the boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial are nto inlcluded and must be purchased individually.
• Part of the group will have morning or early afternoon rehearsal

Saturday, December 6, 2025: Day 3 of Exploring

Sunday, December 7, 2025: PARADE DAY!

• Free morning to enjoy the island
• All-Americans will perform in the 84th Annual Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade in the evening
• After the performance, enjoy a picinic dinner with other parade participants

Monday, December 8, 2025: Luau Day

• Free morning to enjoy Waikki Beach, shopping or hiking!
• Afternoon exclusive luau and event closing
• The luau is an exlcusive experience for Varsity package attendees. 

Tuesday, December 9, 2025: Travel Home

• Departure from Honolulu to your home city

Please note that one (1) chaperone 21 years or older is required to attend for every three (3) participants.

Airfare from your hometown to Hawaii is not inlcuded in the cost of the trip and will be the responsibilty of the attendee.

Female athlets will recieve top and skirt. Male althetes will recieve top and shorts. All particapnts will need to brign white tennis shoes and white socks. Uniforms will be shipped two weeks prior to the event.
