Varsity stands behind all of our products. If we have manufactured a garment incorrectly or our merchandise is defective, Varsity will make it right. We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make from Varsity, however, if you need to make an exchange or return, please carefully read our policy, and follow the appropriate instructions based on how your order was placed.
All custom/made-to-order or lettered items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an error or a defect, your Rep must be notified within 60 days of receipt of your items. All in stock items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt of your items.
Examples of items that are not returnable include but are not limited to: custom/made-to-order uniforms, warmups, jackets, and dancewear; lettered or silkscreened items, personalized practice wear, chenille, custom/made-to-order hair accessories, socks, megaphones, and poms.
Items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Washing instructions are printed clearly on all garment labels. Items not washed according to our care labels are not returnable.
Due to health regulations, briefs, bodysuits, tights, and in-stock dancewear may not be returned if the package has been opened.
Shoes may be returned provided they are not soiled, remain in their original shoe box, and there is no writing on the shoe box. There is no restocking fee for shoe returns. If shoes are not received in restockable condition, they will be returned to you.
We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges on any item deemed FINAL SALE.

If the pre-paid return label is not used, return shipping fees are not reimbursable. If merchandise is being exchanged, there is no additional shipping charge to fulfill your exchange request.
