  • Note: Tickets to the event will be limited and are subject to approval by the reunion committee.

Tentative Schedule of Events:

Friday, September 6th:

  • Arrive in Memphis and be greeted by the City of Blues!
  • 3-5PM: Office tours at the Varsity Spirit HQ
  • 5:30PM: Kick Off Pep Rally
    • Location: Grind City Brewing
      • Address: 76 Waterworks Ave, Memphis, TN 38107
    • Includes dinner and drinks.
    • Dress in your best UCA and UDA spirit gear!

Saturday, September 7th:

  • Free morning and afternoon to explore Memphis, catch up with old friends and see the NEW Varsity HQ
  •  5oth Anniversary Reunion at Hilton Central Station
    • 5:30PM: Cocktail hour at Eight & Sands
    • 6:00PM Dinner begins!

Sunday, September 8th:

  • Varsity Spirit Golf Tournament
    • Location: Cypress View Golf & Recreation
      • 303 Club Circle. Marion, AR 72364*11 miles from downtown Memphis

      • Tournament & Greens Fee / Cart / Range Balls
      • BBQ Buffet and Awards Banquet
      • Participant Gifts

The Varsity Spirit Story

50 years ago, Jeff Webb founded Universal Cheerleaders Association with a vision to combine high-level athleticism with traditional crowd-leading skills and provide the highest quality educational training for cheerleaders. Six years later, Universal Dance Association was founded to provide this same level of training and education to dance teams across the nation. These two companies ultimately became the foundation of Varsity Spirit. Today, you can expect so much more — from the highest quality apparel, to the addition of dance and band, to so many incredible camp brands like UDA, NCA, NDA, USA and UCE. 

In 2024, we will be celebrating 50 years of UCA and UDA. This celebration truly stands out as a moment in time because, without UCA (and its sister company UDA), we would not be the Varsity Spirit family we are today.
