USA Rec Competitions

Rec Verification Form – Organizations must submit a Rec Verification Form and email to Kerry Lorenca (Klorenca@varsity.com) before one of their teams can attend an event. Kerry will upload the form to the organization’s PARENT ACCOUNT under “Notes and attachments”. Please confirm the form is there prior to your event. If it is not, please contact the organization and have them submit the form. If an org is Affiliated, they must also attach their game schedule. This is for Cheer and Dance.
Rosters – Teams must input all their athletes to the Master Roster on salesforce. Teams must fill out the roster form for each team and bring it to the event. The roster will only have the athletes competing on that team that day.
Music Guideline – Teams follow same Music guidelines as USASF
Participant Release Waiver – same waiver for school/rec. Hard copy must be filled out for each athlete and turned in at team registration at ALL attended events.
USA Youth/Rec Membership – Beginning on 1/1/20 one coach per team must have a USA Youth/Rec Membership. Proof of membership must be shown at team registration at each event along with an ID
Coaches ID – It is recommended to have coaches show ID to get their wristband at team registration.
