Mar 14, 2024 MEMPHIS, TN (March 14, 2024) – Varsity Spirit, a division of Varsity Brands and a leader in cheerleading, dance team and band apparel, camps, competitions, and yearbooks – is pleased to announce that the 2024 UCA All Star National Championship took place on March 8-10, 2024, at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at The Walt Disney World® Resort. The UCA All Star National Championship, produced by Varsity Spirit brands Universal Cheerleaders Association and Varsity All Star, is a qualifier event for several end-of-season championships, including The Summit, D2 Summit, Youth Summit, Regional Summit, The U.S. Finals and USASF Cheerleading World Championships. The UCA All Star National Championship welcomed 60 teams and more than 4,800 athletes from across 20 states over the weekend and took place in conjunction with The Quest Recreational Championship. The Quest Recreational Championship, produced by Varsity All Star, is the most competitive and prestigious end-of-season event for recreation and youth cheer programs across the country. Teams earned Paid Bids, Silver Bids, Bronze Bids and At-Large Bids to The Quest during the 2023-2024 competition season at several Varsity Spirit events. The Quest hosted 85 teams and over 2,700 athletes from 25 states. “The UCA All Star National Championship brings together teams from across the country for an unforgettable event and an opportunity to qualify for the esteemed Triple Crown Championship,” said Bill Seely, President of Varsity Spirit. “It is an honor to showcase these amazing teams and give these athletes the chance to create memories together while celebrating all of their hard work.” The UCA All Star National Championship is the final qualifying event for the Triple Crown Championship. The Varsity All Star Triple Crown Championship recognizes the accomplishments of the hard-working teams that compete at three marquee Varsity All Star events this season: CHEERSPORT Nationals, NCA All-Star Nationals and UCA All Star National Championship, all of which are renowned for providing an unmatched competitive experience. Teams can aspire and work to claim a National Championship at all three events, earning them the prestigious title of Triple Crown Champion.
